About doing Awareness Through Movement Lessons
Awareness Through Movement Lessons® are lessons, not exercises. They are about developing your awareness and possibilities. To do this it is important to observe yourself without judgement or correction, including your breath and your feelings.
As you witness small differences, even the smallest of differences, you are experiencing the possibility of change.
These recordings are of short versions of Awareness Through Movement® lessons. They are all suitable for beginners , just remember to be comfortable and take rests when you feel you want to. You can always pause the recording. Listening to yourself is part of the process.
The Recordings for Students are longer and some of them more advanced so this section is password protected.
